Terms of Service

Acceptance

By playing Foretell you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms.

Acceptable Use

When playing, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or bully other players.
• Use hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar grounds.
• Post sexually explicit content, content sexualising minors, or graphic violence.
• Use display names that are offensive, impersonate others, or imply an official role.
• Spam, flood, or disrupt the chat.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated tools to gain an advantage.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.

We may remove content, kick you from rooms, or block your access at our sole discretion. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

Reporting

You can report any player from the in-game chat menu. Reports are logged with the room code, player names, an IP address, and a timestamp (see Privacy Policy). False or malicious reports may themselves be grounds for a ban.

User Content

You keep ownership of anything you type in chat, but you grant us a limited right to display it to other players in the same room and to store it briefly for moderation purposes. You are solely responsible for what you send.

Availability & Changes

Foretell is provided as-is, without uptime guarantees. Rooms, scores, and chat are stored in memory only and may be lost when the server restarts. Game rules, features, and these Terms may change over time.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foretell is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal (EU), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
